I am a retired engineer and entrepreneur, and have been a mentor to many of my associates. I have had two years of full time teaching experience as a Math and Science teacher with the Peace Corps in Nigeria, West Africa. For me, tutoring is the ideal opportunity to engage with people in a positive way at a critical time in their lives. We work together not only on a mastery of the subject matter, but equally important, a sense of confidence, optimism and self-empowerment.
